Here's a little bit about who we are:
Bill Gordon, Chief Technologist
Bill is the owner of the company, and does some of the programming for client projects. He comes up with the methodologies and software designs that will work best for our clients, and can communicate those to the lead programmer.
Bill is able to provide complex technical explanations to non-technical people in a clear and understandable fashion, and is often called upon to do so with our clients. Fortunately, he can also speak the language of the programmer, so communication is assured in both directions.
Kaje Clarke, Creative Director / Photographer
Kaje joined Paragon 3 years ago. Prior to that, she ran her own business and worked for other companies as a website developer, graphic designer and professional photographer. She has a total of 8 years experience in the industry. Kaje earned a professional photography degree from Colorado Mountain College and a BA from Mesa State with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Her passion creating rich and meaningful images with her camera is carried forward to her print and web designs as well. Kaje works deftly with color, imagery, textures, and has an inventive use of typography & composition.
Casey Miller, Lead Designer
Casey joins the Paragon team as an accomplished design professional with a unique blend of creative and technical expertise in both the print and web arenas. She has over 7 years experience producing and managing projects ranging from web design for development to brand identity, catalogs, billboards, brochures, package design, promo materials, and advertisements.
She understands the importance of strengthening a client's brand visibility in a constantly changing marketplace and strives to produce results that are equally aesthetic and compelling.
Jason Gordon, Lead Programmer
All of the difficult or challenging programming goes to Jason, and there has never been a challenge that he couldn't meet. Jason is a true genius at his art. You wouldn't think that a programmer would be creative, but in Jason's case you would be wrong. Jason is highly skilled in ColdFusion, database design and queries, and JavaScript (including AJAX and dynamic HTML). He is always thinking about how to keep code and databases secure and lean.
Ryan Monesmith, Web Application Developer
Ryan is a programmer who works on projects ranging from website content management systems to large scale web applications for various organizations. He is a valuable asset to our clients while developing applications and is often charged with implementing innovative solutions. Ryan has experience working with ColdFusion, JavaScript and SQL Databases, and has used these tools to interact with credit card payment gateways, client installations of QuickBooks, and even enterprise intranets.
Jeremiah Driscoll, Account Executive
Jeremiah is a graduate of Mesa State College with a BS in Computer Information Systems. He joined Paragon last fall as an account executive. Since taking on the position he has been focused on streamlining Paragon's client interactions and collecting detailed information on each of our projects.
His goal is to provide the optimal experience for each individual client. With a well rounded background, he is perfectly suited to bridge the gap between IT and business, allowing him to accurately gather project requirements and manage projects to successful completion.
Dave Morgan, Account Executive
Dave recently joined Paragon as an account executive. He is located in Broomfield, CO and is the primary point of contact for customers on the Front Range. Dave has over 30 years of experience in the software development industry. Before coming to Paragon, Dave managed several software development organizations. He has extensive experience in developing and managing customer relationships, developing customer requirements, and managing projects to successful completion. Dave is also a professional photographer, who will provide this function for Front Range customers as well.
You're not going to find a better team to handle your web design or web programming project.
Period.
